Joshua Lewis, BFA, OPC Dipl. Psych. 

Joshua Lewis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University and is a 2021 graduate of the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counseling Program. He is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and a Counselling Therapist with the CCTPEI. Joshua is also a member of the Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and the PEI Counselling Association (PEICA).

Joshua began his clinical practice as a student therapist in 2019 and launched his private practice in psychotherapy and counselling in 2021. He offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy to clients in Ontario and Prince Edward Island.

In 2022, Joshua joined the OPC Program staff as a Teaching Assistant and advanced to Faculty Member (Lab Facilitator) in 2024.

A dedicated practitioner, facilitator, and educator in yoga and mindfulness meditation, Joshua has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Since 2008, he has led individual, group, and corporate classes, workshops, and retreats. His deep interest in Eastern philosophy has driven him to explore the intersections between Buddhist psychology and Western psychotherapy, particularly within a Contemplative Psychotherapy framework.
