Ontario Psychotherapy & Counseling Program

A Reflective Approach to Mindfulness in Psychotherapy

Mindfulness has become widely discussed in psychotherapy, yet its integration into clinical practice requires careful consideration.

This program explores how mindfulness can support the therapist’s presence, emotional regulation, and reflective capacity within the therapeutic relationship.

Through guided practice, discussion, and clinical reflection, participants will examine how mindfulness intersects with relational psychotherapy, supervision, and the development of clinical awareness.

The program is designed for practicing clinicians seeking to deepen their reflective practice rather than learn a standardized intervention protocol. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion indicating training hours.
